Scheduled cleaning is designed to keep your home, rental property, rooming house or co-living space consistently clean, hygienic and well maintained. With regular visits on a set schedule, you can enjoy a spotless environment without the stress of repeated bookings.
At Core Property Care, our scheduled cleaning service is tailored to your property size, usage and preferences. We support traditional rentals as well as rooming houses and co-living arrangements, focusing on essential cleaning tasks across living areas, kitchens, bathrooms and high-touch surfaces.
Our routine co-living cleaning runs every 3 weeks at $140 + GST per visit, covering kitchen and appliance surfaces, bathrooms and toilets, floors vacuumed and mopped, shared living areas dusted and wiped, and bins emptied. Add gardening on the same schedule and it's $260 + GST for both, saving $10 a visit.
